The City of Clarence is on The Eastern Shore of Hobart,
The Lions Club of Clarence performs community assistance for the greater Hobart area..
Particuarly helping out and supporting other Lions Club that fall within this area.
Lions Clubs are part of community life, in the cities and in the country.
Clubs are easily identified by their distinctive Logo, the trademark of our International Association, and the 'We Serve'; motto.
Lions Australia is part of an international association, filled with people who are joined by the common desire to make their communities better, by using their creativity, enthusiasm and energy.
Membership is open to all people of the community in good standing.
Every Lions Club is a little different. Each has its own mix of activities and meetings.

"Twinning" with the Lions Club of Galle in Sri Lanka
President Peter signing the "Twinning" Agreement, witnessed by Ms Tomara Ward and Ms Romina Spencer from the local Sri Lankan Community and Lion Terry Mather OHM, who will deliver the signed document to the Lions Club of Galle.
The Lions Club of Clarence and the Lions Club of Galle in Sri Lanka are now "Twins". Through International Club Twinning Lions have the opportunity to formalize friendships with clubs in other countries and add an international dimension to their service mission.
